About the Role:
Join Tiny Tots Learning Ministry as a Part-Time Bus Driver and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and happiness of our little learners. We are looking for a dedicated individual who loves working with children and is committed to providing a reliable and friendly transportation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport children to and from the daycare center.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus environment.
- Assist children in boarding and disembarking the bus.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding schedules and any concerns.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for children during transit.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
- Previous experience driving children or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and engage with young children effectively.
- Clean driving record and background check.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.
